How did you start your athletic career?
I started playing Tennis when I was six. It was with my dad, he taught me. When I got older and better, I started to train with coaches. I was pretty good at it, so I started to compete.
What drives you to go on, what inspires you and makes you passionate?
I really like individual sports, and I like to challenge myself. Tennis is a tough sport, both physically and mentally. I just love the sport!
How is your relationship to RAWBITE, what is important for you about nutrition?
For me, when I train and compete so much, it is important to fill up with energy. Also, I’m allergic to milk protein so from all the vegan bars that I tried, RAWBITE bars where the best – they give me energy and they are very tasty also. My favorite flavor is Coconut, by the way.
You live a very active life and also travel a lot. What is your advice on how to get all the nutrition/nutrients you need?
Also for me, it’s very tough with the nutrition. I try my best, of course. Especially when I’m travelling, I try to always have food, or mellanmål, with me. To always fill up with something. I plan ahead when it comes to snacking, so to say.
From experience, what is your advice on how to motivate yourself? Both when it comes to sports, and to other aspects of life.
I think that it’s very important to set up goals, small and big, I think that’s a good way to get motivated.
What is your outlook/dream/wish for your (athletic) future?
I want to play Grand Slams Main and be among the top 100 in the world. You never know what will happen in the future so I just want to enjoy it and play while I can and to stay injury free.
