Vegan Apple Cinnamon Cookies with RAWBITE

Vegan Cookies with RAWBITE Apple Cinnamon

Ingredients for ca. 40 Cookies

4 RAWBITE APPLE CINNAMON bars
75 ml Almond drink
100 g Vegan butter
200 g Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 bag of Vanilla sugar
30 g Agave syrup
1 Pinch of Salt

 

Preparation:

Dice the RAWBITE bars and mix with the almond drink until it’s smooth.

Cut the butter and place it in a bowl with the puree and the remaining ingredients. Knead into a smooth dough with your hands and let it chill for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Use some parchment paper for the baking sheet.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface (about 0.5 cm thick). Cut out with any cookie cutters and place the cookies with some distance on the baking sheet.

Bake for 8-9 minutes, until the edge is just about to get darker and let the cookies cool down.
